This is yet another interesting book on how to start your day to achieve the most of it. There are many theories how to be successful and be productive in life. One theory is that you start your day with a Bang. The book “Miracle Morning” gives us some incredible suggestions to start your day with a Bang. There is one quote about Life:

“The biggest adventure you can ever take is to live the life of your dreams.”

The author says that:

We all want Level 10  success, in every area of our lives—health, happiness, finances, relationships, career, spirituality, you name it—but if our levels of personal development (knowledge, experience, mindset, beliefs, etc.) in any given area are not at a Level 10, then life is always going to be a struggle.
Our outer world will always be a reflection of our inner world.
Until we dedicate time each day to developing ourselves into the person we need to be to create the life we want, success is always going to be a struggle to attain.

How many times have we heard that Get up early in the Morning?. Early to bed and Early to Rise makes the man healthy, wealthy and wise. But is this true? The key question is not to wake up early but what we do after waking up early. The author hence asks us to get up as early at 5.00 am and then in this entire book he guides us through a Process which he terms it as “Miracle Morning”.
Deep inside we all know what is good for us. But the question is do we do it? Majority Answer is No. The process given by the author consists of 6 Steps:

1. Meditation – Maximum 10 Minutes ( Minimum 5 Minutes)
2. Reading – 10 Minutes (Recommended 20 Minutes)
3. Affirmation -Jot Down what you want (5 Minutes)
4. Visualisation – (5 Minutes)
5. Journaling -(5 Minutes)
6. Exercise -(20 Minutes)

Total Time Required : 55 Minutes to 60 Minutes ( 1 hour)

There are 6 Personal Development Tools which the author calls as Life S.A.V.E.R.S
1. S- Silence
According to the author we should spend some time in Silence. The silence may be initiated through Meditation, Prayer,Reflection, Deep Breathing or just expressing Gratitude (Count your Blessings)
2. A- Affirmations
These are like self-declarations. Many people are not aware how to write their affirmations. The author has given 5 steps to write them
Step 1 : First Decide What you really want. Many of the people want following things:  1.Health/ Fitness
2. Mindset
3. Emotions
4. Finances
5. Relationships
6. Spirituality
Step 2:
Next decide Why you want it? This is very crucial Unless and until you know why you want it you will not exert yourself to achieve it.
Step 3:
Whom you are committed to Being to create it? This may be your accountability partner.
Step 4:
What you are committed to Doing to Attain it? This is your action plan to achieve your goals.
Step 5:
Add Inspirational Quotes and Philosophies- This may help you when you are stuck or feeling uninspired.
3. V is for Visualisation:
This is very popular techniques mostly used by sport coaches. They insist that the sportsperson to envision themselves to achieve their goals. The author suggests that to help us design our life we could create a Vision Board and daily use it for Visualisation practice. The vision board should consists of all the goals you want to achieve. The key thing is that you have to imagine that you have achieved those things that your are aspiring.
4. E is for Exercise:
So many articles are written on this. So I assume you know this. Decide what is the best exercise routine for you that will work for you. I feel everybody is different hence everybody should take time to decide what is the exercise most suitable for you?
5. R is for Reading:
Reading is very good for our Brain. The author suggests that you should read minimum 10 pages per day (15-30 Minutes).
6. S is for Scribing:
This involves Writing. One should put their thoughts in words on pages. It would help to clarify your thinking process. One of the popular technique is Journaling. The author suggests everybody should write minimum 5-10 minutes everyday. Many people are confused on What to write. So some basic guidelines are :
a. Listing what I am grateful for.
b. Acknowledging my accomplishments.
c. Clarifying what areas I want to improve on and
d. Planning which specific actions I am committed to taking to improve.

The author suggests that one should make dated Entry with a synopsis of your day in the journal.
Many people complain that they are super busy and they are unable to do this morning routine which requires 1 hour.

Matthew Kelly says: “On the one hand, we all want to be happy. On the other hand, we all know the things that make us happy. But we don’t do those things.
Why? Simple. We are too busy. Too busy doing what? Too busy trying to be happy.”

So the author suggests that instead of doing 60 Minutes Routine you can start with 6 Minute of Miracle Morning Routine: The 6 Minute Routine consists of
Minute 1: Envision yourself waking up
Minute 2: Affirmations
Minute 3: Visualisation
Minute 4: Write
Minute 5: Read
Minute 6 : Move for 60 sec
So anybody could spare the 6 minute to change their life. So now after reading this you must be motivated but as you know:

But it is very difficult to form this routine of Morning as we human being are Addicted to old habits because Change is Painful.
The author says you can form a habit in 30 Days. There is popular theory that you can change your habit in 21 Days but the author rebuffs it as 21 Days Myth. So the author says that you can adapt yourself for this New Miracle Morning Habit in 30 days but you must have strategy to do this.
The author has elaborated how the new habit formation takes 30 Days. He has divided it into 3 Phases.
[Day 1-10] Phase one : Unbearable
[Day 11-20] Phase Two: Uncomfortable
[Day 21-30] Phase Three: Unstoppable
This habit formation could only be implemented through self imposed Limitations.
